How it works

  1. Pick the grade your child is in, or has just finished. The check starts there.
  2. If a section is too hard, it moves down a grade for that section. If it is too easy, it moves up. It stops where your child is working.
  3. Reading in kindergarten to grade 2, and kindergarten math, are given by a Test Administrator on two screens, because letter sounds, reading aloud and counting have to be heard and watched. Math from grade 1 is done by the child alone.
  4. The results appear on screen, to read or print. Close the page and they are gone. Nothing is sent anywhere or kept on an account.
