Send Us an Email

For any question or request, email us at info@islamicmasterclass.com.

The people who run the site read every message sent here. You can write to us about anything, including:

• Questions before you subscribe
• A problem with a lesson
• Billing questions
• Changing your plan or your learning track
• Requests to delete your account

For Schools

If you represent a school and want to see how Islamic Masterclass works in the classroom, please use our Demo Request Form.

The form asks for your school’s name, roughly how many students you have, and any questions you want to cover. This helps us prepare everything we need before we reply.

Already Have an Account?

You might not need to wait for an email. You can manage most things directly on the site:

• Visit your Account page to cancel your plan or to add and remove children.
• Visit your Dashboard to see your children's work and track their progress.

When to Expect a Reply

We are a small team, and we teach while running the site. Please allow a couple of days for a reply. If you have an urgent billing problem, we make sure to answer those first.
