Cancelling costs nothing

You can cancel at any time from your account page, in one click, without asking us. Cancelling stops the next charge. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops.

When we refund

Your first payment: 14 days, no questions

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full, whether or not lessons were opened. This is what stands in place of a free trial.

A renewal you did not intend: 14 days

If a renewal charges you and you did not mean to continue, write within 14 days of that charge. If the account has not been used since the renewal, we refund that renewal in full.

Yearly plans after 14 days: pro-rata

We refund the unused whole months of the year you paid for. A part-used month is not refunded.

For example, cancelling a yearly plan four months and ten days in refunds seven twelfths of what you paid: the seven whole months still to come.

Monthly plans after 14 days

The current month is not refunded. Cancel and the next charge stops, while access runs to the end of the month you have paid for.

Schools

School plans are handled case by case, because seats, terms and start dates differ. Write to us and we will agree something reasonable in writing before it is applied.

If the fault is ours

A long outage, a double charge, or anything we billed in error is refunded in full, without the windows above applying.

How to ask

Write to info@islamicmasterclass.com from the account's email address, and say what you want refunded. We aim to answer within a few days. Refunds go back to the card that was charged and usually appear within five to ten working days.

What a refund does to access

A refunded period ends when the refund is issued: the plan is cancelled and lessons close. Progress, scores and certificates are kept, so nothing is lost if you subscribe again later.
