Zuhra Academy · Registration and payment policy REGISTRATION Registration is $150 per student on the application. It is collected only after the school approves the application and the payer signs payment permission for that exact total. A denied application is not charged. Linking an existing family record does not create a new registration fee. Tuition is separate and must be confirmed with your family. A later new student requires a separate registration review; editing existing details does not charge a fee. SCHOOL DAY Current hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am–3 pm, America/Chicago, subject to school updates. The EPIS 1:50 pm pickup rule does not apply to Zuhra Academy. Any Zuhra pickup fee must be separately published and agreed before collection. PAYMENT POLICY — effective October 1, 2026 Tuition and your family Existing agreed tuition amounts and installment schedules remain in place unless separately agreed. Confirm your family and student details, an emergency contact and authorized pickup people. School grade and subject learning level are reviewed separately. Registering here does not purchase a personal IMC course subscription. Late tuition This rule applies to EPIC institutions, including EPIS and Zuhra Academy, separately for each family at each institution. Monthly tuition due on the 1st is on time if successfully submitted by the end of the 1st in America/Chicago. A bank payment that is processing counts as submitted on time; processing is not final settlement. When qualifying tuition remains overdue, the late fee is $20 per family per institution on the 1st, 7th, 13th, 18th, 24th and 30th. The first fee is assessed only after the whole 1st has ended. In February, the final fee date is February 28 or 29. There are at most six fees ($120) for a tuition month. Installments not yet due do not qualify. A missed installment due on the 15th first qualifies on the 18th. Multiple children and multiple overdue installments do not multiply a family's fee on the same date. If a timely bank submission is returned unpaid, qualifying fees are assessed from the original missed dates for that tuition month, after replacement payments are reconciled. No new fees apply for a period when tuition was current. New late fees stop when overdue tuition is paid or successfully submitted, even if older late fees remain. Late fees do not generate late fees. An old tuition month does not generate another month's fees. This policy does not create September 2026 late fees. An unresponsive family may be flagged on the 18th for school review of continued enrollment. Students are not automatically removed solely because of a failed payment. A family responding by the 30th can arrange payment of the tuition and applicable accumulated fees with the school. Additional fees and payment permission Books and supplies are itemized for owner review. Pickup and other additional fees remain separate from tuition. The owner can approve, reject or waive an item. Acceptance of this school policy does not itself authorize a withdrawal. Automatic payments require separate permission from the authorized payer for the selected payment method. Changed or additional debits under ongoing fee permission receive an exact amount and date notice at least ten days before collection; an unviewed IMC notice does not start that period. A registration fee has its own exact-amount permission for collection on approval. No donation is charged without a separate donor instruction. Leaving the school and stopping automatic payments Give written withdrawal notice through School payments by the end of the 1st of the preceding month to avoid tuition for the following month. For example, notice by April 1 avoids May tuition. The notice receipt records the date and the first unbilled month. You may separately revoke automatic-payment permission through School payments. Revocation stops future authorized debits; it does not erase tuition or fees already owed. Any existing Authorize.net recurring subscription requires confirmation of the processor change; the receipt distinguishes notice received from cancellation confirmed. Records and communication Your signed policy and payment authorizations are available to save. The school receives your registration and decisions appear in your IMC notifications. Choosing WhatsApp contact is optional; joining a family group is a separate invitation. Only your family and authorized school staff can access your private registration details. Tell the school about corrections or changed medical and pickup information.
